1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lovly (lovly.design), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Lovly is a platform that allows users to create personalized, interactive web experiences including quizzes, games, and interactive pages using pre-built templates.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of Lovly, you must create an account. You can register using:
- Email OTP (One-Time Password) verification
- Google OAuth authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services and Pricing
Lovly offers templates in three tiers:
- FREE (₹0) - Basic templates with standard features
- BASIC (₹49) - Enhanced templates with additional features
- PREMIUM (₹129) - Advanced interactive experiences
Payment Model: We use a pay-per-publish model. Creating and editing projects is free. Payment is only required when you publish a paid template.
All payments are one-time and non-recurring. Once you pay for a template, you have lifetime access to that published project with unlimited views and edits.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using Lovly. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your published content for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to create or publish content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Contains sexually explicit material or pornography
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Violates the privacy of others
5. Intellectual Property
The Lovly platform, including its templates, design elements, code, and branding, is owned by Lovly and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:
- There was a technical error preventing you from using the service
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the project has not been published
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Lovly available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Published projects will remain accessible as long as the service is operational. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned extended downtime.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your published projects may be removed from public access. We recommend downloading or backing up any important content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lovly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Lovly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
